The Seeing Place is a community theater and artistic ministry that welcomes everyone. Our team of designers and directors works hard to deliver professional-level quality to all our productions. THE SEEING PLACE is holding
open auditions for our summer concert!
It is going to be a FUN SUMMER as we open auditions for our summer concert THIS MAGIC MOMENT. This concert will celebrate the greatest groups of the ‘50s and ‘60s. Think The Supremes, The Temptations, The Four Tops, The Ronettes, and The Crystals!
Join us for open auditions as we get ready to live the magical musical moments that come from making memories with the people you love.
WHO: We are looking for male and female singers ages 14 and older. (Please note, we will be casting a small number of teens ages 14-17.)
WHEN: Auditions will be held on Tuesday, May 21st at 6:30. Rehearsals meet Monday-Wednesday from 6:30-9:00. When you sign up for the auditions, you will get more details on rehearsal dates, show dates, and the schedule.
WHERE: All rehearsals and performances will be held at The Seeing Place (Formerly Legacy Theater Company) at 315 Winchester Road, Jacksonville, NC 28546
WHAT: In keeping with theme of the concert, celebrating the greatest singing groups of the ‘50s and ‘60s, auditions will be group auditions. You will have to prepare the two songs that are found in the audition folder when you sign up below. At auditions, you will sing your audition song in small groups. Much more information can be found in the audition packet when you sign up.
